How to access support.
So a term we use around the HelloAlex office is “Life Happens” Which pretty much means… well life happens LOL. You get busy and miss webinars, you forget how to do something, something is not working how it is supposed to be, and my personal favorite you finally remember that nagging question you wanted to ask buuuttt now its 2:00am.
It’s all good we get it and understand life happens.
In an effort to make using HelloAlex as easy as possible we have created a “wiki” style Help and Support section inside the application.
I took some super fancy (not fancy) screenshots and wanted to give you a quick guide how to access and use the support system inside HelloAlex.
To access the “wiki” it’s pretty simple, just click on the “Help & Support” tab on the left side nav bar menu. (See fancy screenshot below)
Once you click on the button you will see a partial new window open on the right side of the application, where you will have 3 options for help. A FAQ section where you will find just that the most common questions we receive and our answers. Next is a Tutorial section. This is where you will find webinars and tutorial articles and videos on how to use the system and the features inside the system.
Once you find what you are looking for just click on the topic and it will pull up the info. In my example above and below I wanted to see the welcome tutorial and once I click on it you will see how it pulls up the content below.
Last bust definitely not least. You will find the “Support” tab where you can reach out to us if you are ever stuck, confused or maybe something is not working correctly. You can even include screenshot, images or videos to help us better understand what went wrong.
